About Me

I am a person-centred therapist, licensed in the UK with some fifteen years of experience working as a mental health counsellor. I have helped my clients overcome a variety of concerns experienced in their lives. I work with all age ranges but specialise in working with young adults and people in the arts. My recent work includes helping people who face transgender challenges, sexual orientation, eating disorders, substance and alcohol abuse, social disengagement, low self-esteem, confidence, trauma, family conflicts, loss, separation & divorce, suicidal tendencies, and self-harm. Furthermore, I work with clients with official diagnoses of developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I also work with depression, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and PTSD.

I am a warm person who creates a safe environment for your healing. I ensure your sessions are comfortable for you to eliminate the feelings of vulnerability and awkwardness. It takes great courage to make changes to your life; sometimes we need a helping hand to get us back on track.

My approach is humanistic however, I consider myself integrative as I draw from theorists for certain needs such as exploring trauma and attachments. All sessions are client-led and I accompany you on your journey towards better times as I intuitively attune to you and specifically cater to your needs.
